Voucher duration. Vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Vouchers cannot be redeemed after expiry date.

Voucher redemption. Vouchers can only be used on our website / app. To redeem, voucher need to be activated on the persons account.

Bookings. We reserve the right to cancel a booking should we deem the booking type not to be within the riders capabilities.  

Transfer. Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Lost or stolen vouchers. Lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers will not be exchanged or refunded.

Cancellation. Our standard 48 hour cancellation period applies. Any voucher booking cancelled in the 48hour period shall not be refunded or credited.
